Equipment, destination and a good start

Skis, boots and helmet: what is in the rental pack?

Check what your rental package includes, how boots and helmets are fitted, and which extras to verify before paying.

A package name does not define all its contents

A ski rental package can mean equipment only or a combination including boots and other items. A helmet can be a separate extra even when a package is described as complete. Open the offer details and check each item you intend to use.

For snowboard rental, confirm snowboard boots rather than assuming that a generic boots label refers to the right item. The shop confirms the final equipment and fitting.

What to confirm before paying

  • Equipment type and category for each person.
  • Boot inclusion, requested size and fitting arrangements.
  • Helmet inclusion or extra charge, and a suitable fit at collection.
  • Any poles, protection, storage or other extras explicitly listed.
  • Full-period total, deposit arrangements and the return procedure.

Check fit at the collection shop

Allow time to try boots with your intended ski socks and ask the rental staff about any pressure points or loose fit. A helmet should be checked with the staff and the intended eyewear. Do not rely on an online size selection as proof that an item will fit.

Do not adjust ski bindings yourself based on a guide. Provide accurate information and leave setup and any later changes to the rental professionals.
